What are the best aspects of this product?

I mainly use this app to manage our volunteers' schedules most especially during preparation for huge events. The app is super easy and convenient to use for both admin and staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface can still be improved and make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Recruiting volunteers, scheduling, and communicating with the team were the usual headache in event organizing, but Shiftboard resolved that.
