What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part of Shiftboard is its ability to detect our employees' schedules made in a different app, therefore, eliminating potential schedule conflicts. The bulk change function that allows users to change multiple activities in a few clicks is just one of my favorites!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The file box can still be improved by making it easier for users to copy the link of the files to the shift section.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It definitely reduced the number of call-outs and double-booking among our staff.
