What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the ability to view the schedule of all my co-workers. I can easily determine the colleagues who I need to contact when I have to change my shift. I also like the number of viewing options that the platform provides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Navigating the platform can be sometimes difficult. I’m looking forward to an update that will make the platform easier to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this platform, I am able to check my schedules not just for the day but also for the upcoming days and even weeks or month, making it easier to plan accordingly. I can also enter when I am available to work or request for time off with so much ease.
