What are the best aspects of this product?
Our call center is focused on providing hotline and customer support services. Facing the demand to operate 24/7 365 days a year, a call center cannot function perfectly without properly and wisely designed schedules. Every day, managers have to instantly react to customers' requests to increase the number of people on a shift, as well as take care of overlapping peak loads on each project.
After checking out dozens of scheduling programs, we settled on Shifton. This automated online service has made the life of a call center much easier.
Employees appreciated the opportunity to exchange shifts, and work schedules are settled in just a few clicks! We also have no issues with the registration of sick leaves and days off.
I would especially like to note the Shifton module “Payroll reports”, which allows me to keep the transparency of payroll. With Shifton each call center employee knows how much money he would get in a given month, and can plan his expenses in advance.
The Shifton app is equally useful for outsourcing companies of all sizes. We definitely recommend it!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes it can take too much time to load if I build schedules for a large number of employees.

we are waiting for more convenient interface; looking forward to see the option for employees to add comments and to built reports within the system

The benefits we gained with Shifton contain shifts and breaks swapping with manager approval, assigning tasks and clients, and of course various in-depth reports.
