What are the best aspects of this product?
Had a smooth onboarding experience especially with their professional and friendly staff. Everything is convenient, including the experience of scaling our business significantly. That’s because ShipBob lets me manage my business as an owner, which is key for us to hop on larger projects and deals. Gone are the days when I need to manually package our items and make them ready for shipping. Those inconveniences have pulled me away from the bigger overview of improving our business. But with ShipBob, everything is great, and I don’t have any regrets. Other owners should really start using ShipBob too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They really have lightning speed when shipping items. That’s a huge advantage, but it sometimes makes me fail to update an incorrect address of an order before it goes out. A better system or solution for such a concern would be wonderful. Of course, an ideal solution shouldn’t affect their great shipping speed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ShipBob brings huge perks to me and my business. First, it lets me pay attention to more important business matters. Second, I do not need to manually pack items myself, then bring them to the post office for shipping. And third, it lets me scale my business in big ways; all the while enjoying other personal things that I love.
