What are the best aspects of this product?

We’re trusting ShipBob for some time and it is giving us an awesome client experience. We receive a great overview from our US national shipping, and it assures our items would be shipped at the right time from proximate storage. It allows us to manage all our stocks more efficiently, as well as it offers reasonable shipping price deals. Moreover, ShipBob continuously grows the number of their warehouses nationwide, which means we get more options of locations where our items would be stored and where it would originate before shipping. Lastly, ShipBob support personnel are great people who always help us in terms of customer and logistic queries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

they should improve the overview that they provide to sellers in terms of the expiration dates of items in their warehouses. However, I’ve received some notes that they’re already working on such feature. That should boost our experience with ShipBob drastically.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Their services help us enjoy efficient shipping in the USA. This is essential for our business because we’re not based within the US itself. They help in assuring us that they’d ship all our items on time, and they also provide us with a good overview as well as with professional storage options.
