What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is very convenient to use, and we have easily synced it to our accounts in e-commerce giants on the web. It instantly puts an item on the way as well; generally in less than a day after an order is completed. They ship items early in the morning when an order is completed late on the previous day. Moreover, the tool lets me generate reports, which are helpful in determining the amount I spend on shipping charges. It is great for helping me distribute all my inventories to different warehouses properly too. And yes, I love how it works with NoIssue. I love that they put a couple of NoIssue stickers on each of my items to be shipped.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to complain about ShipBob. This greatly satisfies my need for fulfillment or a 3PL platform that is convenient to use. It also has a competent team of staff who can store, prepare and ship out all my items accordingly. This helps me put more effort into promoting my business, boosting my brand, gaining more leads as well as maintaining a community among other essential business tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ShipBob platform and its service are excellent when preparing my items and shipping them conveniently. They work with great speed that they often put items on the way within a couple of hours after an order is completed. They never go beyond 24 hours for the job too. The platform also lets me get full insight about estimations, shipping fees and even their workflow.
