E-commerce is continuously scaling as time pass by, that’s why it’s best for a piece of technology and its services to improve along with the changes. ShipBob is stellar in coping up with such demand for a constantly improving platform for an e-commerce shop, which is a value that other options don’t offer. I enjoy having a growing professional relationship with the staff of ShipBob too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ShipBob looks very sophisticated for a simple online shop. Some features that would streamline key processes would be a great addition to ShipBob. This problem is not that a big of a deal for us, though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ShipBob syncs with Shopify very well. That’s why I really trust the platform and its services. Many other options cannot work with many e-commerce shops today. ShipBob is efficient in bringing all the necessary tools and services in one place. I haven’t found such leverage with the other alternatives that I’ve checked before.
