What are the best aspects of this product?
ShipHero has a convenient to use website UI. It helps me quickly generate purchase orders, as well as downloading data in handy file formats. All data in ShipHero are updated in real-time too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ShipHero has no big drawback. However, I think that the purchase order interface has too much gap between each product field.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ShipHero is a big help for our TPL and fulfillment processes. It has relatively cheaper pricing too.
