The developers of ShipHero are great people as innovators. They’re professional and stellar when creating or improving their products and services for clients. Working with these guys is a great experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t optimized the use of ShipHero for now. I’m just starting my shipping company, after all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ShipHero helps me in gathering products that I source from dozens of craft makers. It lets me easily put those together in one place, then I can ship the items without inconveniences.
