What are the best aspects of this product?
Login is seamless and you can easily access different options from the main menu. This goes for the desktop and mobile UI because they are both convenient to use. The platform also seamlessly connects with Shopify; meaning, I can work on different things on either of the two tools efficiently. Think of editing the product listing as well as implementing changes. ShipHero carries a useful and flexible reporting system as well, wherein you can instantly export different stuff you see on the screen.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve noticed a resolution problem with the UI on a 13-inch laptop. That’s why I hope that I can pull the resolution down to the right percentage depending on what device I’m using. The UI isn’t compatible with some browsers too, since it shows some misalignment with the columns. This makes its use somehow difficult in such instances. As a solution, the headers for the columns shouldn’t move when the window is scrolled down through the rows. This should help a user easily determine what each specific number indicates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This lets me easily filter different variables, which is perfect for instantly determining certain orders that require some actions. It makes management of reshipping easier too since I do not need to mark it as a double order on the online shopping platform. And such a two-way connection between the two platforms is exactly one of the biggest advantages that I’ve noticed with ShipHero. It lets me easily and efficiently pull out raw data from Excel for analysis as well.
