What are the best aspects of this product?
Now, this is a product that truly lives up to its name--ShippingEASY. Out of all the shipping management software we've used in the past, this is by far the most uncomplicated, complete, and efficient to use. They have pretty responsive and helpful customer service personnel to boot. Lately, they've rolled out a new campaign launch tool, and we've already seen a significant increase in our conversion rates because of it. We're optimistic that this will play a much bigger role in boosting our revenue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, I only have two complaints. First, it won't allow customers to add more than one package to each order. Second, when we've hit a higher tier of subscription in a given month (they base it on the number of shipments per month), it doesn't automatically downgrade back down to a lower tier in the succeeding month.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our shipping process time has now significantly been reduced. From 2 hours, we can now complete shipping labels in just a matter of 30 minutes right on the order screen. Now, we can actually focus on increasing the sales of our store rather than stressing over the shipments.
