What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Shipping Easy to ship our products. Its account is integrated with our store and this makes the process of shipping easily. Its customer team is really helpful and it helped us to set-up our packaging profiles. When orders are made we start to print labels and detailed packing lists. SE saves us lot of valuable time and allows us to expand our business without requirement of additional resources. We have complete confidence in this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have a list of dislikes about the product. At the beginning I didn’t want to take the live training because I thought I could learn it by myself, but at the end I’m happy I took the training. The system is extremely easy, and its support team show me some tricks and features so I can run the process easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We sell our products on various online sites and we were searching for a product that could help us with streamline integration with orders that come from various places. SE integrates directly with Shopify, Etsy, Jane and many other, or you can even import CSV file of orders if you need. This product not only saves us time when processing orders but saves us lot of money on postage.
