One of the best things about it is that it integrates smoothly with platforms such as Magento and eBay, thus making it easy for us to carry out the shipment of our orders. It sets us up with an efficient rates computation system so that our customers know just how much to pay too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to fully input the dates on the search engine, otherwise, it automatically sets it to the '90s. This is a bit of a nuisance, but a minor one nonetheless.

ShippingEasy automatically fires off an order completion form as well as shipment details to our customers. Needless to say, this saves us a lot of time and energy in communicating with our customers.
