What are the best aspects of this product?

When we purchasing Shipping Easy its customer service guide us to their product and they explained everything about its functionality and options. They helped us the commerce plugin and with the transfer to wordpress. Its support team is very helpful and their agents are knowledgeable and always ready to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found anything to dislike about the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like the integration with 3rdCart, Woo Commerce and Amazon. This product really helps us with the shipping process, and I can see how orders are well organized from shopping cart to SE, and they are updated automatically with detailed tracking info. We ship hundreds of packages on a weekly basis and I can’t even imagine my work without this product.
