Great product for my e-commerce store

What are the best aspects of this product?

Shipping Easy has powerful and intuitive interface. The whole process of ordering and shipping is extremely easy, first my store gets orders then the information goes into SE page and at the end the product is ready for shipping. Whenever I change an order in SE I am reminded that the interaction to my store can be disrupted because of the changes I have made.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve its Connect Easy function for printing because it’s failing and then I need to reboot my PC in order to use this function again. Overall, the product is great and I can’t really find something that I don’t like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The process of shipping product is a cost and it takes lot of time and money. But this product makes the work quicker and without any error. Price is affordable and it’s offset by the savings.
