What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm glad that the developers got around to developing something such as ShippingEasy. Through it, I've been able to manage all of my online accounts from one location. The reports make it easy for me to make business decisions too. Plus, I can even use it to connect with my customer base through emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing major, really. I just wish that there would be a way for me to make edits to the reports so I can mark important details.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ShippingEasy has made it easy for me to oversee my e-commerce transactions from one central location. It lets me know my stock availability so that I will never be out of supplies for my online stores.
