Here's the deal: customer service is a make or break consideration for me when it comes to online products. I'm so glad that ShippingEasy makes it a point to pay attention to their customers and are always prompt in their replies. They've helped me since the beginning. Kudos to Matthew for doing such an awesome job!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that the billing can be broken down further. It would be nice to see the insurance charges for each item.
