What are the best aspects of this product?

With Shipping Easy we can easily create shipping labels and packing slips, it offers great integrations and I love how integrates well with our Shopify storefront. It does all the work for us, the process of creating items is with less effort and it helps us to properly mail the order. The website is intuitive and easy to use, the customer service is always available on the chat window. Whenever I face some issue they are always ready to help and guide me to the right place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn’t customize the packing slips the way I want. Its default design is basic. I wish I could better integrate photos, logo and other design elements into the packing slip in order to match our store branding. My advice is to first view the information directly and then to select the shipping method.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to create shipping labels and packing slips for orders easily, and the good thing is that the product is integrated with our storefront, and this helps us to maintain the integrity of our brand. We can easily customize shipping methods, date, and many other shipping options.
