What are the best aspects of this product?

Shopify Plus is a flexible and robust app! It has so many amazing characteristics and features such as the following: (1) 24/7 support; (2) optimized app assembly; (3) quick and modern server; (4) has REST and GraphQL API; and (5) really affordable!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Shopify doesn't allow so many customizations for bigger e-commerce stores. I also recently find support less helpful as they become more scripted in dealing with users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has allowed us to save so much money and operational cost while increasing sales and earning more profit. It also made maintaining a store easier for us because of its intuitive user-interface!
