It has a wide variety of plugins that can help you grow your business! You won't also need a developer to set up your store because it is user-friendly and straightforward. You can set it up on your own. Shopify also has 24/7 chat support, which I really like.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you're using too many plugins, Shopify tends to slow down. The support is also not that reliable based on our experience.
