What are the best aspects of this product?
If you don't believe an ecommerce platform can be friendly, you should definitely try using Shopify! The interface looks so clean and well-organized that it is almost impossible to mess up, and you're guided through sales smoothly and seamlessly. Navigation is a strong asset also from a customer's perspective, since quality is worth nothing without a proper insight on the product spectrum. It provides for discounts, shipping, and has a genuinely responsive customer support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I mind certain things related to incentive-based items, the fact that set up is not that easy, and functionality is not brilliant either. The idea is to give monthly subscribers free products, but what customers don't know is how difficult this actually is. They should simplify it, and look for a more streamlined way to edit selling parameters, this way I'm jumpin froom product to product for hours, and I still don't do the work properly.
