What are the best aspects of this product?

To start with, I had no idea about back end coding, and setting up an E-Commerce website. With Shopify, I became a professional in few hours, and now I have my own website to be proud of. I'm running a small fashion business for ladies, and the challenge here is to update the product base with new pieces and specifications. I modify the design almost every day, and I need to integrate it with all sorts of systems, and Shopify is most helpful for the purpose. Integrating Mailchimp for promotions, as an example, was very smooth. It also allows for customization, many bigger brands are creating their own templates, but I can't afford that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't something I could call a con or a problem, just tiny details that need correction (I don't even think it is worth to mention them!). What you should remember from this review is that Shopify is super, especially if you're just discovering the E-commerce world, and you need a guide to help you sell without any development/design knowledge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having in mind the significant variation between products and inventory levels in our business, we weren't that concerned about selling as we were about handling them. We chose Shopify as the only program that promised to do it, and we are not sorry. This powerful E-Commerce platform is at the same time easy and customizable, and not that expensive for a small business to surpass. A plus I forgot is definitely how easy it is to add/remove products, I had no idea that was even possible!
