PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's has a user friendly booking screen. I have nothing else positive to say about it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Remote access. Modern Reports. Better customer Service & Support. Just in general to offer a product that evolves with the needs of modern salon business.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Remove long contract terms and introduce month to month subscription pricing. This would ensure the company continues to innovate, stays competitive and focuses on giving value.



The software needs to be rewritten from scratch to that it is predominantly cloud based. Stop trying to tell salon owners it's more beneficial to have an in-salon solution. It's ridiculous in 2020. You should be able to use the software from your phone. Get with the times.



What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was when we first joined 5 years ago but now using Shortcuts puts our business at a disadvantage. It's unreliable and causes me so much time, stress and disruption. It's ad enough to try and run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
