What are the best aspects of this product?

Remote access. That's it. Nothing else. Customer care not existent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No technical support. Extra charges if you require support on how to do marketing. After I already pay £106 a months. Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer care

I want to terminate a contract!

Nothing. I bought this product to do marketing but I am told I need to pay extra on top on £106 a month if I want to be explained any feature!
