What are the best aspects of this product?
Best aspects first is the Appointment Book, it does all the works without clicking all options, just by the Colour Display you can identify already what is the updates in each clients.
Next is the Reporting Menu, you all the data that you needed to be more effective on your business is there, now that they have Custom Reports, it is detailed data of required TAX Details.
And more important is the Security, i am secured that everything is in LOG so whenever we want to investigate, it will show us all changes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think its just the report exporting in Excel, it gives a lot of blank Rows and Cells.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
For Now, i dont have ideas that i can suggest to be added, as i am satisfied with Shortcuts for now.

All the data we needed since we started from before, we can easily search for it not even checking our files and stock in store.
