PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has all the features of a high quality software system with good reports

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They lock you in for 3 years contracts making it very hard to get out of if you no longer require the service.

The server continually drops out and shuts down and customer service blame anything else besides their program, they also installed outdated processors that eventually failed us and then they told us it’s not their responsibility and we need to pay a technician to check our computer

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better customer care, a system that does what they say it will do, marketing that you don’t charge extra for

Because they had better set and forget marketing and great reporting

Are you satisfied with the change?

Not at all, we’ve had countless issues with the software that they have been unable to resolve and they do not even offer the same level of marketing anymore however they still charge us for it
