PROS: So many pros to mention. Its first screen functionality is nice. It now comes with an attractive appearance. Its modern design is so hard to ignore. Just about any essential functionality can be spotted in the first screen.
CONS: It's impossible to directly include docs in showcases. You can't personalize an e-mail with the showcase. There's no chance of sending page ranges in a single doc. There have been instances where I'm able to send anywhere from page 4 to 10 of a document.

PROS: Easy to use. Highly intuitive. Thanks for Showpad, our content is now oragnaized. All of it can be accessed in a single place. With video content, we're assured of getting things rolling. There's no need to be dependent on a customer's Wi-Fi.
CONS: So far, I'm a happy customer with Showpad. I can't really find anything bad with the product.

PROS: It's customized to suit your requirements. It lets you market your business effectively and give you ideas to prospects in terms of what you can do for them. You're able to make slideshots, create docs, watch vids, and more. At the same time, you can e-mail it to a prospect with a single click. It's capable of holding large volumes of info, which can be accessed to assist in your success.
CONS: I've yet to see anything that I don't like with the product. So far, I've made use of it for the last several months. We've had nothing but a great experience. Both my clients and prospects love this.

PROS: Showpad is very user-friendly. Support is highly responsive. Thanks to it, our marketing team has the capacity to edit or load docs quickly. Also, the software pushes real-time updates, which in supporting our end users. Our main goals is to get our sales force to be fully compliant and to go the paperless route. Showpad can actually make this a reality.
CONS: It's missing a creative/layout control for outbound messages. It'd be nice if there's some kind of pre-made e-mail template that lets users customize their own greeting whenever showcases are being sent out.

PROS: There's a long list of benefits highlighting this product. For instance, it utilizes the insights and capacity of digital marketing, and empowering sales to make use of this at an individual level. Having the ability to remotely control literature by updating team members. That means no longer depending on prionted literature. Sales management insights of who's currently on what and when with who.
CONS: One shortfall that I've noticed thus far is in a conference instance. That is, getting our team to acquire leads (that may not be their own) in managing them. And sharing such info and insights with other people. I feel this will be addressed in the later going.

PROS: The apps are straight forward and easy enough to work with. Almost zero training/discussion is needed whne sharing docs with people. With reports, it's simple to follow individuals sharing certain docs and when to expect or organize content as needed by users. A simple tool for Salesforce. No need to lugging around documentation papers!
CONS: Its back-end isn't as direct as that of its apps on the front-end. You'd assumed an explorer-like UI for its content management system. But it appears to be more a huge data pool for searching keywords and tags. Its Windows-based app isn't as impressive as that of the iOS version. I'm confient Showpad has a solution to these.
