There's a long list of benefits highlighting this product. For instance, it utilizes the insights and capacity of digital marketing, and empowering sales to make use of this at an individual level. Having the ability to remotely control literature by updating team members. That means no longer depending on prionted literature. Sales management insights of who's currently on what and when with who.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One shortfall that I've noticed thus far is in a conference instance. That is, getting our team to acquire leads (that may not be their own) in managing them. And sharing such info and insights with other people. I feel this will be addressed in the later going.
