What are the best aspects of this product?
The apps are straight forward and easy enough to work with. Almost zero training/discussion is needed whne sharing docs with people. With reports, it's simple to follow individuals sharing certain docs and when to expect or organize content as needed by users. A simple tool for Salesforce. No need to lugging around documentation papers!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its back-end isn't as direct as that of its apps on the front-end. You'd assumed an explorer-like UI for its content management system. But it appears to be more a huge data pool for searching keywords and tags. Its Windows-based app isn't as impressive as that of the iOS version. I'm confient Showpad has a solution to these.

It minimizes documentation printing. Hence, huge cost savings. Updated price lists are readily available for Salesforce. It's customer follow-up is now digital. No longer with the manual process.
