What are the best aspects of this product?
Showpad is very user-friendly. Support is highly responsive. Thanks to it, our marketing team has the capacity to edit or load docs quickly. Also, the software pushes real-time updates, which in supporting our end users. Our main goals is to get our sales force to be fully compliant and to go the paperless route. Showpad can actually make this a reality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's missing a creative/layout control for outbound messages. It'd be nice if there's some kind of pre-made e-mail template that lets users customize their own greeting whenever showcases are being sent out.

It solved a number of things. It minmized collateral "rogue" sales. It gets everyone onboard in terms of compliance. It reduces printed collateral expenses. There's a sense of evenness in sales pitch.
