Great product for managing life cycle

What are the best aspects of this product?

Teamcenter offers great interface and lot of options for managing large assembly and change management. I like that it can be configured many times. You can customize the software so it can meet your needs. Data is secured for ITAR and IP compliance. You can also configure and view graphics. There is great integration with CAD software so you can easily manage CAD data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be confusing for implementing. It requires lot of upfront work and not much inconsistency for the performance. You cannot use it out of the box. Also, there is always room for improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have experienced lot of benefits from this software for product change management, configuration management and manufacturing data management. The data can be easily accessed and everyone within the organization can use it. We are able to manage even the end of the life cycle of product environment.
