What are the best aspects of this product?

Here are some of the many things I like about Signavio: (1) its QuickModel mode which is really helpful in documenting our processes; (2) its built-in smart systems; (3) its "dictionary" feature; (4) its BPMN 2.0 standard; (5) its flexibility; and (6) its high-quality report exporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although I love the reporting feature already, I hope it can be improved by enhancing its process modeling reports in terms of analytics. I also hope there would be a report builder that can be easily customized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our processes became more optimized ever since we started using this program because it helped us organize our processes and see gaps. It also helps a lot in calculating our ROIs.
