PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Signavio's onboarding program is top-notch! They also have great customer service which resolves issues in second. Right after we get onboarded, we immediately use it and collaborate with ease. We mainly use it for our process modeling! I love that it's intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered some bugs that were easily resolved anyway. Also, it's a bit expensive but for us, it's worth the price. I also wish there would be a standard process model to guide beginners.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program is helpful especially now that we're working from home due to the pandemic. It improves our team's collaboration. Special thanks to the assigned Signavio consultant, we really felt like he's part of our team.
