Helpful tool for getting all the docs signed easily

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool is easy to use and it doesn’t require payment for access when it comes to signing the documents. I like that I can send the docs directly from my mobile device or from the website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes my clients have difficulties with receiving the docs so I have to re-send them over again. Also, the mobile app is limited when for some things, there are things that I cannot do via mobile that I can do on the site directly. In addition, clients are required to have SignEasy account in order to import, complete and sign the docs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t have to send docs via mail or to meet with clients physically so they can sign the docs. Our clients are from all around the world and this tool helps us to complete all the necessary documents and formats without spending money on mails. This is great solution even for those who are not tech savvy.
