What are the best aspects of this product?
The templates work quite well although they do take some time, creativity, and intelligence to set up. The alerts may be a tad redundant, but they keep us in the loop regarding what is happening with our contracts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Adding users and setting the priority of the routing is not as user-friendly as we'd like to see; that's where the few errors we get arise.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to edit a document that is en route. Now our only option is to delete it and start over.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We close more contracts because our (future) clients can easily sign and approve the documents. And if we do happen to send it to the wrong person for signing, it can be forwarded to the appropriate client for signing which can be a time-saver.
