PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Quite straight forward to use and prompts for the recipient seem user-friendly

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Can be confusing when more than one document is being sent - there is an option to edit the email for each document and it is not clear if each one should be edited to match the document or if the first email will be sent alongside each document.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Editing the recipient's email address after sending - occasionally, there are issues with emails and clients request for the documents to be sent to an alternative; at present, one needs to start over, but if one was able to edit the exisiting 'envelope', that would be helpful
Also, if there was some way of linking our Outlook address book, that would be good, instead of cutting and pasting (without hyperlinks) or typing manually

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending documents to clients using SignRequest means that they are returned much quicker than if sent via post
