What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to set up. Easy to sent. Notified when the signature has been reveived.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems at the moment.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Attachment requests. For example; I require a photo/image of the credit card and a photo id. It would be neat to have attachments as part of completing the document.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Acquiring signatures on contracts and amendments.
