What are the best aspects of this product?

I like this software because it allows me to review website visits data and to gauge traffic of websites which is extremely useful for my industry analyst projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I believe that its algorithms predict too high a rate of website visitor numbers, but at the same time if there is miscalculation within the algorithm it would affect all other sites simultaneously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to measure our business’ performances and to make correlations between the success of digital transformation journeys and industry categories. We are able to expand analyst reports and to get the information of what kind of business strategies some companies are using so we can improve our functionality.
