What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is super useful in mapping your ideas and workflows. It makes it easier to share it with my team. I've been using it for more than 5 years, ever since I began building my business. I love how it's compatible for both desktop and mobile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was a bit hard to create and customize your own template. Doable but it's not easy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is basically physical copy of my ideas -- from notes to mindmaps, thoughts on challenges and opportunities in the business.
