What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that this software is really flexible so you can create various custom mind maps based on your liking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The available templates do not have an appealing color schemes and icons. The flowcharts I can produce using their templates are not that good in the eyes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us see the big picture of a complex idea. It's really useful for research and planning.
