What are the best aspects of this product?
There were many layouts from which to select & customize for my regular email newsletters. I always uploaded my own photos and could save content in a re-usable template for future messages. The analytics were also helpful with stats on how many opens & clicks occurred for any email, as well as specifics on soft & hard bounces and any unsubscribes. And most of all—I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT! SimplyCast was always responsive to any email inquiries or requests, so I didn’t feel like a “number”!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since I first began using SimplyCast in late 2016, they upgraded their Email Editor features & expanded their Marketing Automation tools many times – offering various channels of communication (including social media). And no coding or sophisticated computer skills were required for this comprehensive user-friendly system. So I don't have any suggestions on what could possibly work any better!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are already way more features than I even use! So I can't imagine how much more comprehensive SimplyCast could be in any future versions!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With SimplyCast, my communications always look very professional and has made my contact list management simple. It's also easy to keep all my emails archived and distributed from one server.
