What are the best aspects of this product?
Sisense did the right thing by making good decisions in their system. The've adapted to an API-first approach with the technology they're providing. For a BI platform, it's rather unsuual. Yet, it makes this platfom very competitive whenever scaling for the cloud.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sisense has rapidly grown over the year. So, expect a bit of dilution in their internal knowledge. The more intricate your implementation, the less support you're expected to get. You're far better off interacting with their professional service. This is quickly changing although it's not that quick enough in our eyes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're a FinTech firm the past couple or so years. We've been using Sisense for serving internal analytics and offering analytics and reports to customer by means of white labeling. And that's going through Sisense.
