What are the best aspects of this product?
The experience was totally worth it. We're using Sisense internally and for reslling OEM to clients. The folks from Sisense did a wonderful job assisting us with our first-use cases, which we found to be an excellent source for hands-on eduction. We've been operating the platform for over a year now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We found the mobile experience lacking. We did notice they've grown a bit since last year. But it still requires further capabilities for it to be that all-around package. What matters is that it's growing and it'll continue to expand its features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It offered internal visibility for both our executive and account management operations. It also provides direct visibility to clients via a Sisense OEM license. We're now becoming dependent on operational analytics from Sisense when it comes to both feature updates and features priority assessment.
