What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this product so much because of its ability to monitor our entire network and assets efficiently. We are no longer caught surprised with technical issues happen from time to time. We are thankful that Site 24x7 is consistent in sending us alerts in advance, giving us ample time to look into the issue. We get notified via emails and SMS, so we are fully aware of what to expect in the next few hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app itself comes with an extensive selection of features to the point that it can get very confusing. Simplifying the UI would help a lot in reducing the learning curve amongst users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't have to make things complicated for us anymore. One monitoring application is more than enough to track the performance of our tools and servers.
