What are the best aspects of this product?
As a long time customer of 24x7, I can say that the company and the employees are delighted with the product. My IT team can easily spot incoming problems and work on a solution before things blow out of proportion. It can support all of our computers and tablets that our employees use whether they are at the office or working from home. We get to check if we are using way too much data or checking out other non-work-related sites while on duty.

It's highly recommended for companies with lots of employees and devices to monitor. The learning curve may take longer than usual for first-timers and non-experts, so more patience is needed.
