What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been reviewing many products similar to 24x7. I have observed that this offers the best features and functionality, so I decided to use it to ensure that things in our operation go on without any significant problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am aware that the tool sends all users alerts in advance to prepare ourselves for any system issues that are about to happen. However, sometimes the times are not synchronized, which can cause a communication gap between our employees.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that we don't need to use too many apps to check how our servers, sites, platforms, and PCs are working. It can be time consuming and inefficient to be using multiple apps; that is why 24x7 is excellent in terms of performance.
