Our customers find it really easy in using the product. Changes suited for our environment can be done in a cinch. Management of the system is simple. It keeps our environment tightly secure.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are actually certain things that would assist us from the project itself. But we chose to hand them over to SiteFinity themselves for review. They're open to just about anythng and are responsive to any of our inquiries. It's a rare situation to working with the help desk but we've encountered a few instances where it took a long while to resolve a problem we're currently experiencing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Minimizing the number of help tickets to be submitted by customers as a result of them not being bale to handle their own content. Minimizing the handful of code needed in maintaining as SiteFinity helps in offering tools that ensures the code is kept at its minimum. Cost for the functionality is reasonable. It makes things competitive.
