What are the best aspects of this product?

It's relatively simple to use. It also happens to be easy enough to understand. It teaches users on how to maximize it fully. I've been doing site management and creation within SF since the third version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some restrictions that can either be challenging to push through or not longer possible to do based on the libraries utilized by the SF. They can be annoying when going against them. The price of licensing makes it challenging for those outside the mid- to enterprise-level business. I can pretty much understand them and how hard it can be to sell.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Refreshes on the site design are snappy with its own Design Template system. I'm able to re-design a site's entire look and feel. Or I can do sections of the site without interfering with the site's daily operations. Whenever I'm set to rolling out changes, it's a matter of doing them in several clicks.
