What are the best aspects of this product?

Skedulo has terrific Salesforce plugins that make the two platforms work together to our advantage. This combo has helped us achieve superior CRM operations because it offers plenty of features for varying purposes. It’s compelling us to make Salesforce our sole CRM platform too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their headquarters and our company office has a significant difference in terms of the time zone. This sometimes confuses us especially when we call for support. When we need an instant response for an error, for example, we need to wait for a long time before solutions come.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Skedulo has helped us integrate scheduling processes into our company seamlessly. It lets us properly track all our resources, and then use this fitting solution to keep everything in good shape. We’ve noticed significant profit growth with the help of timesheet and Salesforce plugins too.
